Masters node having high cpu after 4.6 upgrade

Issue

  • Master Nodes CPU usage spike randomly resulting master in notready/hung state
    openshift pod e.g apiserver,sdn using high cpu/memory.
  • Observed below logs :

2020-12-31T21:41:31.426175462Z E1231 21:41:31.426090      23 wrap.go:39] apiserver panic'd on GET /api/v1/secrets?limit=500&resourceVersion=0
2020-12-31T21:41:31.426314668Z http2: panic serving 10.73.58.71:42728: killing connection/stream because serving request timed out and response had been started
