How to use a specific api version of an OpenShift resource

Issue

• The default api version for a resource don't have the required parameter, but the cluster supports a different version with the required parameter.
• Using oc get -o yaml to view a resource, the api version shown is different that the version used to create the resource.
• Using oc edit to edit a resource, the api version shown is not the desired api version.
