OpenShift upgrade stuck because kube-storage-version-migrator-operator pod fails to start
Issue
- OpenShift Container Platform upgrade from v4.3.z to v4.4.z failing because kube-storage-version-migrator-operator pod not starting.
- RHOCP Upgrade is stuck on
cluster operator kube-storage-version-migrator has not yet successfully rolled out.
