Virtual interface does not autostart during first boot after installation

Issue

  • During first boot following installation, virtual interface (such as vlan or bond), does not auto start.
  • DHCP (not static)
  • DHCP Offer not received within 45s.

Environment

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.2 (RHEL8.2)
