Memory Leak caused by Undertow HttpServerConnection and JBoss Remoting connection in JBoss EAP 7.2.0 - 7.2.3

Solution Unverified - Updated -

Issue

JBoss Remoting connections, that are created through remote+http protocol (like JBoss-CLI, remote EJB, remoting-jmx, or remote JMS), cause memory leak per each connection. Repeated connection and disconnection will eventually lead to OutOfMemoryError.

Environment

  • Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform (EAP)
    • 7.2.0 - 7.2.3
