# ls -l /etc/pcp/pmcd/pmcd.conf
-rw-r--r--. 1 root root 808 Apr 21 03:43 /etc/pcp/pmcd/pmcd.conf
# md5sum /etc/pcp/pmcd/pmcd.conf 
e69969b280e787d9bb1fd5ea1b787c00  /etc/pcp/pmcd/pmcd.conf
# systemctl restart pmcd
# ls -l /etc/pcp/pmcd/pmcd.conf
-rw-r--r--. 1 root root 808 Apr 21 06:06 /etc/pcp/pmcd/pmcd.conf
# md5sum /etc/pcp/pmcd/pmcd.conf 
e69969b280e787d9bb1fd5ea1b787c00  /etc/pcp/pmcd/pmcd.conf
