Why does RHOCP4.4.x bootstrap deployment show 'unable to get REST mapping for "99_openshift-machineconfig_99-worker-ssh.yaml"' repeatedly?

Issue

  • Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform 4.4.x bootstrap repeatedly append the messages below like 2000 to 8000 times.
Jun 30 07:57:28 bootstrap.example.com bootkube.sh[2252]: [#2858] failed to create some manifests:
