zync deployment configuration is missing the triggered by image value in 3scale on-prem deployment

Issue

When running the command :
```
oc get dc 
```
The out put for the dc/zync does not include the trigger image(amp-zync:latest)
```
zync                 2          1         1         config
```

Expected out put is

zync                 3          1         1         config,image(amp-zync:latest)
