Issue

  • Satellite upgrade is failing with the below error.

    PG::ForeignKeyViolation: ERROR:  insert or update on table "dynflow_actions" violates 
foreign key constraint "dynflow_actions_execution_plan_uuid_fkey"
DETAIL:  Key (execution_plan_uuid)=(8e55ba52-51dc-4f32-9h73-0n98b367d8d9) is 
not present in table "dynflow_execution_plans".
