Ceph monitor service crashed after running api call to dump manager map
Issue
In an attempt to automate a daily ceph cluster backup, running the ReST API request http://server:5000/api/v0.1/mgr/dump from a client to the ceph cluster causes the ceph monitor service to freeze, stop responding, and needs to be restarted.
