httpd terminated abnormally, and a core was output

Issue

We are using the Web application that does the LDAP authentication from the Windows terminal via the php on httpd.

Our environment is as follows:

    Windows terminal ---> Web server (php on httpd) ---> LDAP server

The authentication request was sent from the web server to the LDAP server and completed successfully. However, httpd terminated abnormally, and a core was output.
