Unable to refresh manifest when all Capsules are not added to a particular Location

Issue

  • Unable to refresh manifest when all Capsules server are not added to a particular Location getting below error
There was an issue with the backend service pulp: Couldn't find SmartProxy with 'id'=N [WHERE (smart_proxies.id IN (X))]

  • When all Capsule servers are added to the Location then able to refresh the manifest but unable to run Remote Execution jobs

  • Manifest refresh completes successfully if run via hammer command from the Satellite's CLI.

  • Red Hat Satellite 6.5
