  • OpenShift 4 upgrade fails and the following error is seen in Cluster Version Operator logs:
E0417 18:55:17.242309       1 sync_worker.go:311] unable to synchronize image (waiting 43.131425612s): The update cannot be verified: release images that are not accessed via digest cannot be verified
