bind mount entries in fstab file mounts the file system many times after mount-a command is executed
Issue
- Multiple entries found of bind mount in /proc/mounts and /etc/mtab file after running mount -a command.
# grep -i test /proc/self/mounts
/dev/mapper/rootvg-test on /test type xfs (rw,nosuid,nodev,relatime,seclabel,attr2,inode64,noquota)
