Discovered host does not kexec and start installation
Issue
After a host to be provisioned is booted from foreman-discovery-image iso, discovered, and provisioned, it does not kexec and start the installation process. The host remains on the 'Discovery status' page with 'Status: SCUCESS - awaiting kexec into installer'
