mod_md module only supports deprecated Let's encrypt API in RHEL 8
Issue
mod_md-package provides version 1.1.16 of mod_md which only supports ACMEv1 of Let's Encrypt. As ACMEv1 reached End of Life and mod_md is no longer usable.
