RHV: How to check if the size of the disk in the db does match the real size of the virtual disk

Issue

• Not possible to live migrate the disks in between the storage domains which is failing with error:-

• Cloning of VM is failing with following error:-

error = low level Image copy failed
error while converting raw: Device is too small
