Satellite 6 Doesnt Seem to Support RHEL8 Environment Groups

- We are developing our new Desktop build based on RHEL8, but Satellite doesn't seem to support Environment groups and so the
@^workstation-product-environmentis not available - Missing environment groups on systems attached to Satellite
