OpenStack command fails due authentication failed
Issue
The cli openstack command fail with the follow error:
The request you have made requires authentication. (HTTP 401) (Request-ID: req-29e92ff0-9f8f-45c5-b14c-9f38b73f9142)
And the user is authorized to the resource.
