Some foreman-rake actions are repeated multiple times during a Satellite upgrade.
Issue
A number of RPMs used in Red Hat Satellite have the same foreman-rake tasks in their post-installation scripts, resulting in potentially repeated actions during an install. This causes no harm, but could cause the upgrade to take longer than necessary.
