Why does DNS failure be affected readiness probe of apiserver for Service Catalog ?

Issue

When DNS primary or secondary server is stopped, apiserver is dropped Endpoint of Service. It result in unavailability of Service Catalog.
Temporary DNS failure affects Service Catalog apiserver become failure state due to Readiness Probes.
