`rx_dropped` increasing when using both ports of ConnectX-3 in active-active configuration
Issue
When using 2 or more ports on the same Mellanox ConnectX-3 with the following bonding or teaming modes can result in rx_dropped
-Mode 4 (802.3ad)
-Mode 6 (balance-alb)
