Using vault in system properties on JWS

Issue

• Vault string is used in JVM system properties, e.g ${VAULT::block_name::attribute_name::} is used for system properties javax.net.ssl.trustStorePassword, but it is not been translated to the real password.
• Vault has been set up according to Using a Password Vault with Red Hat JBoss Web Server 3
