Menu is not shown after a LDAP user is successfully logged in to the decision central

Solution Unverified - Updated -

Issue

  • Decision central not working after login;
  • Decision central is not functioning after login and we cannot see any error in the logs;
  • Decision central does not show Menu when RHDM/RHPAM roles are disabled (commented out) in the $RHDM_HOME/standalone/deployments/business-central.war/WEB-INF/web.xml file and ldap roles are added;
  • Menu is not shown after a LDAP user is successfully logged in to the decision central;

Environment

  • Red Hat Decision Manager (RHDM) 7.4
  • Red Hat Process Automation Manager (RHPAM) 7.4
  • LDAP enabled;

  • LDAP roles mapped to the RHDM roles and ldap-role-mapping.properties contains something like:

    ldapRole1=admin,kie-server,rest-all
ldapRole2=analyst
