JBoss ON Agents can't connect to server after patch installation.
Issue
- After applying an agent patch none of the JBoss ON Agents can connect to the server, below is what I see in the JBoss ON Server log:
2013-07-18 14:50:04,527 INFO [org.rhq.enterprise.server.core.CoreServerServiceImpl] Agent [agent23][4.4.0.JON312GA(38819b7)] would like to connect to this server
2013-07-18 14:50:04,533 WARN [org.rhq.enterprise.server.core.CoreServerServiceImpl] Agent [agent23][4.4.0.JON312GA(38819b7)] would like to connect to this server but it is not supported
In the agent log:
Cannot download agent update binary - agent is configured to disable updates
Environment
- Red Hat JBoss Operations Network (ON) 3.1.2
- JBoss ON agent installed via RPM
- Agent Hotfix-02 for JBoss ON 3.1.2
