Config option "Mirror on Sync" for Puppet repositories is not consistent with the Pulp repo configuration
Issue

Mirror on Syncfor Puppet repositories (introduced in Red Hat Satellite 6.4) is not consistent with the Pulp repo configuration created in Red Hat Satellite 6.3 and previous - Puppet agent run is failing since upgrading from Red Hat Satellite 6.4.1 to 6.5.0
- Why is the
Mirror on Syncoption set to "Yes" when a Puppet repository, created in a Red Hat Satellite 6.3 (or previous), gets upgraded to 6.4?
