After upgrading data-center to 4.3 the SPM keeps contending with "Volume does not exist" error.

Solution Verified - Updated -

Issue

  • The Data-Center is down after upgrading it's Compatibility Level to 4.3
  • SPM in contending state as SPM Start Command fails:
