version `OPENSSL_1.0.2' not found when starting JBCS httpd

Issue

• When we try to start JBCS httpd, we see the following error:

/lib64/libcrypto.so.10: version `OPENSSL_1.0.2' not found

• After performing the Apache httpd installation via ZIP, the messages below began to appear in the error log:

[ssl:warn] [pid 26265:tid 140574364115200] AH01882: Init: this version of mod_ssl was compiled against a newer library (OpenSSL 1.0.2n, version currently loaded is OpenSSL 1.0.2k-fips  26 Jan 2017) - may result in undefined or erroneous behavior
