Using the Puppet Run button to trigger Remote Execution

Issue

The Puppet run button does not work by default.
The listen method used by Puppet for the puppetrun feature has been deprecated since Puppet 3.0.
The Satellite engineering team want to make the Puppet run button part of the Remote Execution feature in a later release. Therefore, its use should be considered as not fully supported until that time.
