OpenShift 3.10/3.11 Logging Inventory Variables to Use In Place of openshift_logging_image_prefix

Issue

While trying to install or upgrade to OpenShift 3.10/3.11, I am seeing the following error in the ansible output:

openshift_logging_image_prefix is replaced by openshift_logging_image;
