How can I prevent rgmanager from logging every single script status check in a RHEL 6 cluster?

Solution Unverified - Updated -

Issue

  • How can I configure rgmanager to not log every status check for script resources?
  • A large amount of logging is done by rgmanager for status checks. Lots of these types of lines in the /var/log/messages file. Is this normal?
Jun 18 13:13:58 node2 rgmanager[23866]: [script] Executing /scripts/my_script status
Jun 18 13:13:58 node2 rgmanager[23833]: [script] Executing /scripts/my_script status
  • Is there a possibility to turn off rgmanager resource script status messages logging but do not affect verbosity of other resources ? The status messages are flooding our monitoring tools as there is status message every 10 seconds from several script resources.

Environment

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 6 with the High Availability Add On
  • One or more <script> resources in /etc/cluster/cluster.conf
