How to increase/decrease 'max-pods' limits per Openshift Node in Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform 3.x?

- Would like to allocate more than 250 pods to my Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform nodes.
- What is the recommended procedure to perform the limit changes?
