Requests in TIME_WAIT with no response due to wrong cipher in Apache HTTPD
Issue
- We are integrating chatbot with backend service, and JWS serves as reverse proxy. Through MS Teams Bot Builder, it works, but through MS Teams Chat, the request has no response. Only in
netstatwe can see the requests in TIME_WAIT.
