404 Service not found errors started happening suddenly in 3scale

Issue

  • All the dev and UAT environments suddenly stopped working.

  • APICast logs show the following error:

    [25/Feb/2019:19:32:01 +0000] aaaaaa.bbb:8080 XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:XXXXX "GET /API/method?param=XX HTTP/1.1" 404 5 (0.900) 0
2019/02/25 19:33:02 [warn] 18#18: *283 [lua] find_service.lua:24: find_service(): service not found for host aaaaaa.bbb, client: XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX, server: _, request: "GET /API/method?param=XX HTTP/1.1", host: "aaaaaa.bbb"
