ClassVerifier WARN messages for third party dependencies

Solution In Progress - Updated -

Issue

We have added a third-party dependency to a project in the business-central UI. The white-list property for this dependency has been set to "None". We have also cloned the repo and checked the package-names-white-list file, and it is empty.

However, during the project build phase, we are seeing many WARN messages for the classes from this dependency, eg:

WARN [org.kie.workbench.common.services.backend.builder.core.ClassVerifier] (Thread-505) Verification of class org.springframework.context.support.GenericGroovyApplicationContext failed and will not be available for authoring.

Why are these classes scanned for verification even though the white-list setting is "None"?
