Can't migrate project using migration-tool with RHPAM on Windows

Issue

• When trying to migrate an .niogit repository from BPMS 6 to RHPAM 7 following the steps on official documentation, an error is raised;

• When the .niogit directory from BPMS6 contains one project with a branch that follows git-flow naming patern, the migration on RHPAM completes with the error:

Error during migration:
        org.guvnor.common.services.shared.exceptions.GenericPortableException: java.lang.RuntimeException: org.uberfire.java.nio.fs.jgit.util.commands.Clone$CloneException: Error cloning origin <file:/C:/jboss-eap-7.1.0_bpms7.1/bin/.niogit/repository.git/>.
