The jboss-eap-7/eap70-openshift XPAAS images on OCP 3.6 and 3.7 are missing Jboss EAP static modules
Issue
The static jars and module.xml modules libraries are missing in the designated folder areas in the resteasy module and sub-modules. The folders are completely empty.
