Issue

• Setting number of IRQ channels on bnxt_en SR-IOV VF fails
• With this sort of PF (Physical Function) and VF (Virtual Function):

• The VF claims to support more channels:

[root@vm ~]# ethtool -l eth1

• However if this is done:

[root@vm ~]# ethtool -L eth1 rx 32 tx 32
