Is my subscription valid in other countries? Can it be accessed from overseas?

Issue

• Are Red Hat Subscriptions valid in other countries?

• Can I add user in other countries into my account and access the subscriptions from overseas?

• We need to install a RHEL from our satellite based in country A in a different country B. My manager was asking if we can use our subscription also in other countries than A. He had a experience with other software, where he was bond only the the country where he bought the license.

• How is this with our Red Hat subscriptions? Are they valid on any system over the world, or are we limited to have the hardware placed in certain country?
