Live migration fails between RHEL 6.3 and 6.4 hosts
Issue
Live migration of virtual machines (VM) fails if a cluster utilizes RHEL hosts with distinct version.
Mainly this can be seen in case that RHEL 6.3 hosts and RHEL 6.4 hosts are in the same cluster and user
tries to migrate VMs from the RHEL 6.4 host to the RHEL 6.3 one.
Environment
Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization - RHEV - versions 3.0 and 3.1
vdsm - versions 4.9-113 and 4.9.6-x
