Issue

Mail Server went down due to power outage. Now mount could not find filesystem and boot fails with error :
```
Kernel panic - not syncing : Attempted to kill init !
```
System boots fine with old kernel-2.6.18-128.el5 but fails to boot with kernel-2.6.18-128.1.1.el5 .
