The Jolokia Rest URL exposed by the AMQ 7 web console doesnt work if destination name contains a '/'

Issue

The AMQ 7 web console (hawtio) offers a Jolokia HTTP URL for all the broker metrics to be queried. If the metric is for a destination (queue or topic) and the destination name contains a '/' character, then this character is not escaped correctly.
The Jolokia URL that is given in this case cannot be used, it raises a HTTP response with code 400 and the error message "Invalid object name. Unterminated quoted value." if called against the broker.
