CUPS fails to start, or starts very slowly in RHEL 7 due to "colord" service failure
Issue
- After CUPS service restart, the
lpstatcommand doesn't work for 30 minutes. - After scheduled reboot, CUPS service stopped working. I am not able to run any
lpcommands.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 7
- Common Unix Printing System (CUPS) 1.6.3
- colord-1.3.4
