RHEV 3.1 - Host X is compatible with versions (<UNKNOWN>) and cannot join Cluster Y which is set to version 3.1
Issue
- A RHEL host cannot be added to a 3.1 Cluster with the following error:
Host X is compatible with versions (<UNKNOWN>) and cannot join Cluster Y which is set to version 3.1

- Red Hat Enterprise Linux as a host
