After Satellite upgrade jabberd fails to start.
Issue
- Jabberd processes show up as 'dead' in the 'satellite-rhn restart' output:
router dead but subsys locked
sm dead but subsys locked
c2s dead but subsys locked
s2s dead but subsys locked
