Preventing resources of a specific type and with a specific name from being discovered and imported

Issue

• tmpfs /run/user/UID detected and discovered and made unavailable
• Prevent tmpfs file-systems from being discovered and created
• Automatically import some file systems and ignore others
• Prevent specific resource types with specific names or name patterns from getting discovered or automatically imported
