nmi_watchdogis disabled after above failure
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 5 Update 5 or earlier
- kernel versions prior to 2.6.18-238.el5
- HP DL585 G6
- Power Saving mode set to OS Control, Static - Low, or Dynamic in the BIOS
