Abort request on C0:B0:T0:L1

Hi All,
could you please help me to understand the below error message:

hpsa 0000:02:00.0: Abort request on C0:B0:T0:L1

It just mean that the IO requests issued to the disk connected to HP Smart Array controller got timed out and error handler was invoked which tried to abort the timed out commands.
if possible I would like to know & understand how I can identify C0:B0:T0:L1
