How to instantiate a Switchyard bean without a service binding trigger?

Solution In Progress - Updated -

Issue

We need to build a component which implements the Java WatcherService to wait on registered file paths to read various files. We would like to use Switchyard to instantiate a bean which would load the custom class implementing WatchService functionality when the server has started. This bean would be part of an existing EAR and we would like to use this bean independently and not be attached to any sort of binding like File based or SCA based.

Could you please tell us what is our best option to instantiate the bean present within an EAR upon server start-up?
