CMS component does not work in a clustered Portal environment

Issue

When we access JBoss Portal, the CMS content is not shown. The server.log file contains the error included below.

We are using the ServiceBindingManager to support multiple server instances on a single machine. We are also binding this server to an IP address during startup using -b option.
